I had unprotected sex at approximately 11 last night and i took the plan B pill 1:18 today. Effective?

My boyfriend and I were very stupid and let our emotions take over our common sense and had unprotected sex. He did not cum inside of me but we used the withdrawl method even if that doesn't work either. The pharmacy was closed last night so I went and took Plan B at 1:18. I will take the 2nd pill at 1:18 as it says to take it 12 hours later.
Will I still most likely will becom pregnant?

No you should be totally fine! just remember to take that 2nd pill!
