How importnat is making love/ sex, in your life?

In a "holliwoodian" society that throws sex in our faces every minute, prasing quantity over quality... how can we find our sexuality be happy with it and enjoy a healthy relationship without any tabu or inhibitions??? why do we think of it as something dirty, unacceptable and something we should t speak about?
